recently the nike training camp app is what has been pushing me to work out. having something new always makes me want to use it! as you all know i am trying to lose weight for the summer and i have found this app to keep pushing me. if you are thinking about a trainer or need help with exercises when you work out, i definitely suggest getting this app! its free too. once you click the app you choose what work out you want, or you click quick start and it starts the last workout your chose. but once you choose from their list of goals (lean, tones, strong, or focused) you can pick between beginner, intermediate, and advanced then you go on to choosing your workout! most of their workouts are between 30-45 minutes, which kinda bothers me because i wish it was a full 60 minutes workout because once i finish a 30 minute workout i kinda stop and go home… but i really should just choose another workout, but i don’t. and after each workout you are “rewarded” with… well i don’t know what it is. but it makes you work. but its a great app i suggest you try it!
