i noticed my first change about my body today!!!
my love handles have gotten smaller! i swear! i’m so excited its just motivated me to keep going!

i have a hypothyroid disease which pretty much means my metabolism/thyroid doesn't work and i must take medication. which pretty much mean i have to work 10x harder to achieve my goals.
