its 4pm and i have been so incredibly productive! i woke up at 12, went to the gym, went to target and then went to giant to get things that weren’t at target! i couldnt fall asleep last night so i was looking up apps for my itouch and i came across the nike training camp app and its probably the best app i have ever seen! its pretty much like a personal trainer but on your itouch. it gives you exercises to do for a 30-60 minute workout. you can pause it at any time if you need to take a brake, and if you dont know how to do that certain workout click on a picture and if you get a video of how to do that certain workout! it was great and it was workouts that i used to do with my trainer, so its obviously good! and i’m already pretty sore! before i took a shower i made some post-it notes with some saying on them to keep me motivated. i have 3 right by my bed along the wall… i fall asleep facing with wall and usually wake up facing this wall. i also put some around my full length mirror. hopefully i can keep up this energy and actually lose weight in time for summer.
