i noticed my first change about my body today!!!
my love handles have gotten smaller! i swear! i’m so excited its just motivated me to keep going!
went to the gym yesterday for the first time in...
i’m sore as anything!!! i went when there was barely anyone there… then more people got there and i left… so i wasn’t there for that long but what i did i am super sore!!! i wish i wasn’t so embarrassed to workout in front of people

as long as you work out and build muscle i dont think it should be an issue
thanks! i always wondered… i know people who lose an insane amount of weight usually do but i didnt really think 45 lbs would really have that problem

one of my friends in my classes said i looked really good and asked if i lost weight! something must be working!!
my dad also said i looked like i lost weight :) yippie makes me want to go harder!

if i lose 45 lbs will i have saggy skin… i really dont want that. i just want to lose the weight and finally look normal. i dont want to have to deal with saggy skin! i want to be tight and fit!
has anyone lost 40+ lbs and been perfectly fine? i’m curious!?
